As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of fitness services and training styles, all with the purpose of making you a better version of yourself. Let me put together a program that suits you! Although these are listed as separate categories, they are combined to suit your specific goals.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Get Strong

When your goals are about building muscle, lifting heavier, improving athletic power, or changing body composition, your program will include strength training. Even if you're not a "bodybuilder" you should be strength training! Strength training is not just for looks! It is essential as we age to keep our metabolism up, and prevent muscle and bone density loss. Whether you want to gain size or keep a toned and lean look, everyone should strength train.

RUNNING

Faster, Stronger, Longer

When you want to improve your speed, endurance, and efficiency, you need running specific workouts tailored to your current abilities with the right progressions to get you to your goals. Runners of all ages and distances can improve! From complete beginners to seasoned marathoners. Running programs may include strength and conditioning components in addition to track workouts depending on your goals. All running is done outside. I give you running workouts to do on your own for base fitness and endurance, and see you in person for speed work, form, and strength and conditioning.

CONDITIONING

Strength & Stamina

Improve your stamina and you won't get winded as quickly! This type of training includes cardio and strength training. It is also known as metabolic conditioning and HIIT. This is great for fat loss, increasing metabolism, improving cardiovascular health, and improving strength endurance. Also a great way for athletes to condition in the off season.

FAMILY BOOTCAMP

Get Outside & Get Fit With Your Fam

Outdoor workouts with your family or small group of friends. Parents can workout with their kids and set a great example by making fitness a part of an everyday healthy lifestyle in a fun way. No reason to skip your workouts because you can't get a sitter. Bootcamp consists of a mix between cardio conditioning and strength training. Running focused workouts can be created if desired. New Moms and Dads encouraged to bring baby!

WEIGHT LOSS

Look Good, Feel Good

Fat loss or body re-composition is a popular goal. This type of program will include strength and conditioning, cardiovascular training, and a focus on changing any lifestyle and nutrition habits that you may be struggeling with.

YOUTH ATHLETIC CONDITIONING

Perform Your Best

I work with middle and high school aged athletes to improve overall athleticism, strength, speed, agility, and endurance. Programs are tailored to the athlete. This is great training in the off season or if they need supplemental training to their regular skill sessions.

Session Policies

Packages are sold by the month on a repeating ongoing basis until you cancel. I encourage clients to make all their sessions so that they see results. If you will be out of town or know you must miss your regularly scheduled session then you are free to reschedule it for another day/time, pending my availability, and that you provide at least 24 hour notice for a request to reschedule. You will still be billed for the full number of sessions each month, based on the package you choose, even if you have sessions to make up. For example, if you sign up for a twice-weekly package of eight sessions a month, but you know you'll be out of town for one week and not be able to make two of your regularly scheduled sessions, you may make up those two sessions on any other day/time pending my availability, but will still be charged for 8 sessions the next month. So while you make up sessions you may actually be doing more than your regularly scheduled two a week. You may make up sessions within 6 months of missing the original date, provided you give at least 24 hours advance notice of the cancellation. Without 24 hours notice of a request to reschedule, you will be charged in full for the session and the service of holding your slot. If you provide at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule the session on any day/time except your usually scheduled day/time, dependent on my availability. All rescheduled sessions must be used within the sixth month they were originally planned for. All payments are due by the first of the month for the entire month. Refunds will not be given for unused sessions.
