All running levels welcome. (I especially love working with beginners!)
Training programs offer a combination of running workouts you do on your own to build and maintain base fitness and endurance, with coached sessions focusing on speed, strength, and form.
Sessions are usually held outdoors on a 400m all weather track in Campbell or Saratoga.
