Personal or Paired Training Sessions

I offer personal or paired fitness sessions that can be customized to each person's needs, so you can decided to have all the attention on you or split it with a workout buddy.

Fully Equipped Training Facility

 The fully equipment fitness training facility has everything from dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sleds, resistance bands, cable machines, slam balls, TRX suspension trainers, and more. 

Specialized Programs

I will create a specialized program for you based on your lifestyle and goals. Some programs I offer are: general strength and conditioning, athletic and sports conditioning for specific spots (running, cycling, skiing, golf, surfing, softball, equitation, cricket, soccer, etc.), injury prevention and rehabilitation, mobility and motion, postnatal fitness, women's strength and fitness, senior fitness balance and movement.

Specialized Outdoor Training Sessions

Want to take your workout outside? We can plan a one-off or fun special sessions incorporating outdoor activities like hiking, biking, running, outdoor bootcamp class, frisbee, etc. If you have something you enjoy doing and want me to incorporate it into your training plan, we can find a way.

Accountability and Health Coaching

I offer optional services to keep you on track: accountability check-ins, goal setting strategies, lifestyle audits, nutritional suggestions, etc.

Personalized Training Plans for Days We Don't Meet

For the days we don't meet in person, I can provide a plan you can do on your own, with or without equipment, to keep you on track towards your fitness and health goals. Personalized travel training routines are also available for when you're on the road and need to keep on track.

  • I work with busy working professionals, managers and executives, entrepreneurs, and those now retired but still living busy lives, who live an active lifestyle and want to improve their physical performance for health, hobbies, or everyday life. 
  • I work with aspiring youth and teen athletes who are serious in their chosen sport or athletic pursuit, many of whom play club level sports or compete at a high level. 
  • I work with adults who are recreational athletes or competitive hobbyists, who want to perform better at things they love! (Golf, surfing, running, skiing, hiking, mountain biking, pickleball, etc.) 
  • I work with those who need help coming back from an injury or illness and want to strengthen and nourish their body with movement to feel energized and pain free.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer; A certified Metabolic Conditioning Coach; A certified Speed and Agility Coach; A certified TRX instructor; a certified Level I and II Functional Movement System (FMS) Specialist; a certified Battle Ropes Instructor; a former XC Running and Track Coach; a graduate of Santa Clara University.
