I offer a tailor-made fitness training programs that include in-person gym sessions and a training plan to keep you on track while away from the gym. By including strength and conditioning, injury prevention, and optimizing mobility and movement patterns, I offer a plan to help you reach your goals.

Located in Campbell CA, I train at a fully equipped indoor training facility with all the tools we need. I also offer specialized outdoor training sessions, specific to a client's goals.

My clients have achieved incredible results, from losing weigh, improving sports performance, building muscle, overcoming injuries, and improving overall health. I work with clients of all ages and abilities who desire to become better versions of themselves.

The fully equipment fitness training facility has everything from dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sleds, resistance bands, cable machines, slam balls, TRX suspension trainers, and more.
I will create a specialized program for you based on your lifestyle and goals. Some programs I offer are: general strength and conditioning, athletic and sports conditioning for specific spots (running, cycling, skiing, golf, surfing, softball, equitation, cricket, soccer, etc.), injury prevention and rehabilitation, mobility and motion, postnatal fitness, women's strength and fitness, senior fitness balance and movement.

Want to take your workout outside? We can plan a one-off or fun special sessions incorporating outdoor activities like hiking, biking, running, outdoor bootcamp class, frisbee, etc. If you have something you enjoy doing and want me to incorporate it into your training plan, we can find a way.
I offer optional services to keep you on track: accountability check-ins, goal setting strategies, lifestyle audits, nutritional suggestions, etc.
For the days we don't meet in person, I can provide a plan you can do on your own, with or without equipment, to keep you on track towards your fitness and health goals. Personalized travel training routines are also available for when you're on the road and need to keep on track.
