Workout: "Finish me with Burpees"
Metabolic body-weight workout, no equipment needed, for you to do at home and beat the coronavirus lockdown blues.

Average duration: 25 - 60 minutes
Perform each exercise one after the other as quickly as possible with no rest in between. After you finish one round rest for 90 seconds, repeat for 2-5 rounds.
You can substitute Jumping Jacks or Step-out Jacks for burpees, and regular lunges for the jump lunges for a low impact workout.
1. Jump Lunges - 10 reps
2. Burpees -10 reps
3. Push Ups - 10 reps
4. Burpees - 10 reps
5. Squats - 10 reps
6. Burpees - 10 reps
7. Ab Spring Ups - 10 reps
8. Burpees - 10 reps
9. Glute Bridges - 10 reps
10. Burpees - 10 reps
