Bodyweight workout

15 minute density circuit. Perform as many rounds as possible (AMRAP), while keeping good form. 

  1. Squat-tocks x8

  2. Spiderman mountain climbers x8

  3. Pulse lunge right x4

  4. Pulse lunge left x4

  5. Pushup x2/ plank shoulder tap x4
